Happy Birthday - 50 years of rock'n'roll This show toured all over Sweden, in the fall 2004. Rock´n´Roll-heroes such as Bill Haley, Elvis Presley, Chuck Berry, Little Richards, Carl Perkins, Jerry Lee Lewis, Eddie Cochran, Buddy Holly, Roy Orbison and many more where pioneers of Rock´n´Roll throughout the world.  In 2004 it was exactly 50 years since it all began (1954) when Bill Haley signed up with Decca Record Company and recorded Rock Around the Clock, and Elvis Presley made That´s All Right (Mama) at the Sun Record Company. Others followed. The Rock (´n´Roll?) changed the world…And still does!We make our tribute to the Kings of Rock´n´Roll in a show that contains interesting reviews and, naturally, lots of Rock´n´Roll! In cooperation with Stockholm Records we released an album where some of Sweden's greatest Rockstars participate, such as Pugh Rogefeldt, Mikael Rickfors, Jerry Williams, The Boppers and Peter Jezewski among others. The show Happy Birthday brings us back to the time when Rock´n´Roll conquered Sweden and our hearts. The setting is a "Folkets Park" somewhere in Sweden, during "the Fifties". Number One Band is on stage tonight. The leader of the band thinks they should only be playing the tops of the Billboard Top 100… Starring: The Boppers, actor and musician Göran Engman, actress My Bodell.
